Infragistics is the world leader in UI components. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer in Release for our Sofia, Bulgaria Office who will be responsible for developing product release automation solutions for our .NET product lines. This includes maintaining software configuration systems, product builds, and product installs and web deployments.
Responsibilities:
• Work with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server, MSBuild, WiX and Windows Installer technology.
• Work closely with product development and quality teams for a seamless development to deployment experience.
• Develop automation programs and installation applications using C# and XML.
• Maintain and monitor product builds system.
• Address end-user issues logged through support cases and forums.
Qualifications:
• Experience in .NET application development.
• C# programming skill is preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in automating the build and packaging of production software.
• Knowledge of software infrastructure and deployment tools such as:
- Windows Installer Technology
- MSBuild
- Continuous Integration systems
- Installer Tools: WiX preferred
- Source Control: Team Foundation Server preferred
• Experience with Installshield or Wise is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related is an advantage.
